My son is beginning his third year at Yugo. He has been match with very compatible roommates. Maintenance is always responsive when he reports anything that needs repaired, like the dishwasher or dryer. It’s been a well maintained building with parking garage security gate. No problems and would absolutely recommend!

Love their 24hour gym and rooftop. Office staff are always super nice and I’ve never had any issues. Rates are decent for the location being right by campus and the police department.

I just moved to Gather and absolutely love it! First of all, I feel super safe with their security system, security company at night & the gated parking lot. Overall, it is just safe. And the location is perfect for social ECU students! It is merely blocks from the bars and nightlife. It is also a short walk to ECU's main campus which means I don't have to buy a parking permit. Another part that I love is maintenance requests are finished quickly. The property is clean and beautiful inside. The leasing staff are so nice and make sure all residents are care for. Overall, I would recommend this property!
